Tulsa City-County Library

Tulsa City-County Library is the public library system for much of Tulsa County. It has more than 20 branches. TCCL also has a genealogy center as well as resource centers that provide information about African-American, American Indian and Hispanic culture and history. These libraries are free and open to everybody.

The Central Library downtown is the main library branch and has several cool services including: private and group study rooms,  a Maker space and a digital literacy lab.

Digital Collections

Tulsa library has a number of free digital collections for cardholders including:

  • Audiobooks and eBooks
  • Magazines
  • Movies
  • Music
  • Newspapers

Get a Library Card

You may now register for a Tulsa Library card online. Once you register, you will be given a temporary card number, so you may begin using most of the library's digital content immediately. When they verify your information, you will be sent a permanent card in the mail.

The application will ask for your primary contact information and your Tulsa County contact information. Place your Tulsa/school address in the Tulsa County contact information.

Online Language Learning

Tulsa Library offers online language learning through Mango to card holders.

English as a Second Language is an included language.
