Yes. McFarlin library appreciates gifts for the general collection to enhance the collection and support the academic programs of the university.
McFarlin library primarily accepts books. Books should be in good condition and fall within the scope of academic programs offered at the university. We are particularly interested in books authored by TU faculty or books published in the last 10 years.
No. The library cannot accept journals, magazines, newspapers or multimedia. If you believe your journal, magazine or newspaper is rare or of particular value, please contact Jaymi Bouziden at jaymi-bouziden@utulsa.edu.

Before donating materials, please complete the donation form: McFarlin Library Deed of Gift form.
Once you have completed the form, please print out the confirmation email you receive and include with your materials when you drop them off. Donations can be dropped off at the circulation desk during the library's open hours.
If you have more than 10 items to donate at one time, please contact Jaymi Bouziden at jaymi-bouziden@utulsa.edu.
The library is unable to provide appraisal values for donations. Donors are required to determine a value for tax purposes independently.
