Creating Your Aeon Account

Before visiting McFarlin Special Collections, students, faculty, staff, researchers, and members of the general public must create an Aeon account.

This account facilitates your access to rare books, manuscripts, and archives held in Special Collections. Registration is free and requires an email address to create a username and password. If you do not have an email address, please call the Department's front desk number at (918) 631-2496 and a staff member can assist you.

Current UTulsa Students, Faculty, and Staff

1. Visit aeon.utulsa.edu and click on the "Login or Register" button on the left.

2. You'll be prompted to read through our Reading Room and Use Policies, then check the box at the bottom to indicate that you have read and agree to our guidelines.

3. Fill out the profile information. Your UTulsa email address will serve as your Aeon username.

4. After your account is confirmed, your UTulsa single sign-on (SSO) credentials will automatically log you in.

All Other Users
